Missions Principales

• Accueillir les clients en personne, par téléphone ou email, et gérer les check-in/check-out.
• Traiter les réservations, facturations et paiements via logiciel (ex. : OPERA ou similaire).

• Collaborer avec housekeeping, restauration et direction pour un service fluide.

Profil Recherché

• Connaissance de base des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel).
• Disponible en horaires variables, y compris nuits/week-ends, et mobile à Kinshasa.

Conditions

• Poste : CDD 1 an renouvelable (6 mois d’essai), temps plein.
• Salaire : 450 000 à 650 000 FC/mois selon expérience + primes.
